Ninh Binh
A journey to remember
Known as “Halong Bay on land”, a scenic karst landscape dominates Ninh Binh province. Its hanging cliffs, natural rainforest, clear water basins and vast network of underground streams and caverns are largely undiscovered despite Ninh Binh’s branding as the first UNESCO world natural and cultural heritage site in Vietnam. Small sampans will take you through the extraordinary beauty that makes its presence felt in some of the most dramatic scenes from director Regis Wagnier classic 1992 film Indochine starring Catherine Deneuve. Ninh Binh also makes for a stunning wedding backdrop.
