1) Position of Sales and Marketing Assistant to the CEO  
This is an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic company at a very exciting time. We  are currently looking for a Product & Marketing Assistant to join our team lead by our CEO  and essentially you will be responsible for sourcing holidays and offers to promote on the company website, social medial and emails, supporting the social media team with content planning and posting. Using your travel industry, product and marketing experience you will be confident and able to 'hit the ground running' in this exciting new role. 

-Working within a small marketing team, you will be supported by the product team and graphic designers 
-Working with colleagues in developing a strong Commercial and  Sales Team and other departments to coordinate activity 
-This is a varied, all round marketing role, but with an emphasis on digital marketing 
-You will be responsible for identifying and prioritising marketing and digital marketing objectives, creating and communicating marketing targets & brief 
-Analyse campaigns, identify trends and provide fast, accurate reports, optimising campaigns to produce the best ROI 
-To develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and third party providers including marketing agencies 
-Manage the use of digital media to support the company's product strategy 
-Responsible for managing significant digital projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget 
-Responsible for managing the marketing budget 
-To manage the offline marketing including a twice yearly magazine 
-Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and project 
-Monitor, review and report on all marketing, lead and sales activity 


*Proven experience of creating and implementing marketing campaigns. A travel industry background is highly desirable 
*Successfully delivering against high targets in a similar environment 
*Building relationships with business partners/suppliers by phone/email/face to face 
*Skilled with using an ESP such as Dotmailer to deliver email campaigns 
*Using website content management systems 
*Using InDesign and/or Photoshop 
*Managing the production of printed collateral 
*Keeping up to date with all the industry challenges 
*Able to comfortably liaise with business members and address their needs 
*Working with the leisure/business travel sector 
* working across digital platforms and growing social media audiences and creating content for website and e-communications. 
*Working closely with the team to ensure correct targeting of the customer database and creating customer loyalty and retention initiatives.

*Degree educated 
*Excellent at written communications, copy writing and proof reading 
*An excellent collaborative team player 
*Passionate for developing creative and effective marketing campaigns  both internally, and externally with luxury travel partners 
*Able to apply a test, learn, refine approach to work 
*Able to target certain audiences and personalise content within email marketing 
*Comfortable at verbal and presentation skills 
*Able to work independently with a level of autonomy 
*Naturally enthusiastic and committed 
*An excellent planner and organiser 
*Able to adapt and work flexibly 
The successful candidate will have previous experience as Marketing Manager in the travel trade, dealing with both online and offline. . You will have excellent communication skills and a creative flair!

Our Product team manages overall responsibility for sourcing new products and opportunities that will complement the existing products offered by a company. Key objectives for the product department are to create the ideal package or tour by finding new destinations and negotiating with suppliers and hotels. The commercial and yield departments will keep an eye on costs and maximise yield and profitability in all distribution areas of the business. 
To work with the CEO within the Product and Purchasing team 
* Assist the CEO to drive financial growth for the company in line with budget targets 
*Work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Field Operations teams to strategically develop a compelling and competitive product proposition in line with the company's visions
*Identifying new regions/ destinations/ products/ create travel experience  and explore relationships with potential suppliers 
*Maintain existing supplier relationships through regular contact and dialogue 
*The role comes with direct accountability for Long-Haul visitors , Revenue and Margin results. 


*Previous experience of leading and creating unique travel products is essential 
*A strong background in long-haul products and purchasing within the travel industry 
*Must possess excellent negotiation skills 
*The ability to build up excellent working relationships with suppliers 
*Must be commercially aware 
*Experience and understanding of working in global markets would be desirable
